Yesterdays dinner was roasted chicken with veggies. I made this chicken couple times and I always followed the recipe but this time I changed the seasoning. I rubbed the chicken with thyme and then spread butter all over it and it came out golden and so juicy. I fried some red potatoes, turnips, carrots and frozen asparagus from last year. it was delicious. And for dessert I made plum cake ( I will post the recipe next week).
