Last time I made a cheesecake it was really long time ago so I felt like it was time to get some cheese and get baking. This cheesecake is from a recipe from a little bag of cheesecake spice that is from my country so I will not be posting it here because I don't know if its available anywhere else. Like any other cheese cake the trick is to bake it slowly and when its done just leave it in the oven for at least 10 minutes so it can cool down slowly.
