Weekend was busy, I soaked some beans overnight for chili, made buns and almond milk. The chili was delicious and made with whatever I had in my fridge so more of a leftover veggies and bean chili.
I soak the almonds overnight for the milk:
In the morning made the milk, rinse the soaked almond, I use 1 cup of almonds, add 4 cups boiled, cooled water and blend.
I use nut milk bag to separate the milk from the pulp.
