Cauliflower.

My freezer is getting really full, I froze some cauliflower for future soups. I blanch it before freezing, it tastes better.

    Did you grow the cauliflower? I've never frozen any, but I do enjoy cooking it sometimes.

      The cauliflower is from the grocery store locally grown. I like making cream soup with the frozen one.
