I found a great deal on lemons the other day and decided to freeze some juice, but first I zest the skins and freeze it a jar for baking and then all the wonderful juice in ice cube trays for ice tea and lemonade. 


  1. Great idea! I rarely use fresh lemons. I bought one the other day and it is still sitting in my fridge. I may try to make something lemon-y for tomorrow's dessert.
