This morning I made a tofu breakfast, just like scramble eggs but tofu, with mushrooms, zucchini, onion and garlic. It was delicious.

Reading
Currently I'm listening to the Outlander on my phone and reading Horrid by Katrina Leno, and love them both. The outlander is long, 32 hours, but I'm listening on double speed so I will finish soon and can't wait for the next book in the series. Horrid is really good too, not scary at all, easy to read it has a nice flow and it's a : can't put it down kind of book.

Reading Journal.
October was a big reading month, my challenge was to read one graphic novel a day, now graphic novels are not my thing so I read my daughter's books. Most of them were middle grade so it went pretty easy. I also listened to audio books so the month overall was amazing.
I read 47 physical books and listened to 15, overall 62 books in a month, my favourite audio book was " You deserve each other" and graphic novel was " Catherine's War"
November wont be so crazy, I didn't create any challenge I just would like to finish reading books that I wanted to read this year, so in a way that is my challenge for the next two months. This months my journal is blue with Smurfs, because I love Smurfs.
I had to add few pages of bookshelves.
And since I'm on the book topic I would like to show you a very special bookmark made by my daughter. She creates one of a kind bookmarks with pages from old books and adds her own style to each one, she also makes custom reading and bulled journals and you can find her on Etsy

Cold days are here and so the soup season is happening. Yesterday I made a zucchini soup from a frozen zucchini and cauliflower, just added few potatoes, onion, garlic and homemade veggie broth. It is so delicious.

Fall.
Fall is my favorite season because of the colors and sweaters (we love sweaters), but this year the fall is more grey and rainy so if the sun comes out we try to go for walks as much as possible. My kids are in front of the computers all day because of online learning so that gives me even more reasons to get out of the house. This is from our last outing, just a short walk to the lake.
