New preserving season is officially here, first I played with strawberries. Like every year I made some jams and freeze some strawberries for smoothies and oatmeal breakfasts.
8 jars of regular jam, I keep it in the fridge and we finish them before the summer is over.
Freezing bigger pieces for smoothies:I freeze them on a baking sheets and then transfer them into freezer bags.
And smaller ones for breakfast:
