Vegan breakfast.

Today I made a vegan "tuna salad" for breakfast, basically I replaced the tuna with chick peas. I had some dry chick peas so first I soaked it over night and then cooked it. When it is soft you drain it and let it cool, then crush it with a fork and that is like your tuna. Everyone has a different way of making tuna salad, I like just celery, salt, pepper and vegan mayo, it tastes so good. You can also add bell pepper or any other veggie that you would normally add to your tuna.
