I made two different pesto this week, the first one was from radish leaves. I added roasted almonds, garlic, Parmesan cheese, oil and the leaves from radish.
I freeze them in ice cube trays and when they are solid I transfer them into freezer bags.
The second one was from garlic scapes, I added all the same ingredients but left out the garlic cloves.
I've only tried pesto from a jar and hated it...lol. I'm sure this fresh stuff is delicious!
