Dinner.

 Yesterdays dinner was very simple potato pancakes, they are really easy to make and taste so good.

Winter?

 So this morning I woke up to snow everywhere and was really glad that I didn't plant anything in my garden yet. We have 5 cm of snow on the ground and the temps are below zero, I had to cover my strawberries because they have few blooms and I didn't want them to die, I just used tea towels and clip them with garden clips. Tonight the temperature is also on negative side so they will stay covered until Friday when Spring returns.

Baking.

 Mornings are always better if the smell of freshly baked bread fills the home and the breakfast is so much better too. Lately I find myself baking this bread every other day and since it takes 24 hours for it to rise it feels like I'm making bread every day.

Broth.

 I run out of my veggie broth so it was time to make more, this time I made a lot, to the point that I didn't have enough big jars so into smaller once it went. I keep two jars in the fridge and the rest goes to the freezer.

Movie night.

 Last night we watched a movie that we all love and watch all the time and it's funny every single time. We also make many references to it in our day to day life, like many mornings we great each other with "Good Morrow" , and for dinner nice salad.

In My Garden.

 The very first post in my garden this year, the weather here is really nice so things are happening. My strawberries are coming back again this year and this parsley is indestructible. I'm really looking forward to gardening season. 

Easter.

 Easter Sunday breakfast with family is always very special, this year it was more difficult for me to cook because of my back but somehow I managed. 

Reading.

 And just like that March in over, I don't know if its just me but this month went by so fast. Reading was good, I finished 17 books but only 2 physical books.
