I found a new recipe for a baked oatmeal that looks like giant cookie and I had to try it, the recipe is from Sweet Simple Vegan website, they said that it is a breakfast dish but I like it as a dessert. First time I always follow the recipe and then decide if I need to change anything, so I have to say that the salt is not necessary but otherwise it's so good and easy to make.
