Rice with apple.



I make this dish often because it’s easy and delicious; it’s great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

You will need:

- Cooked rice,
- Apples, skin removed, cored and shredded
- Vanilla sugar,
- Cinnamon,
- Butter.

In baking dish put thin slices of butter, put a layer of rice than layer of apples, sprinkle it with vanilla sugar and cinnamon and repeat until your dish is full. Make sure that the top layer is rice, top it with small pieces of butter, cover it and bake it in 400 F oven for about 20 minutes. The time depends on the size of your dish, if you have bigger dish with more layers bake it for 30-35 minutes, I use  a small dish 6x6 inch and 3 inch deep.

Teraz takie ale bardziej przypieczone wcinam na zakladowej stolowce :) A w domu Rodzicki robia z makaronem i absolutnie bez cynamonu :P
